New Student Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in First Odessa Christian Academy!  This year, we have grades K-11th.  Please complete the information requested below.  We will contact you to set up a tour of our facilities and answer any questions you might have about our school.  

*Please note that this NOT our official application and this form is for potential NEW students only.


Additional Steps after this form is submitted:

  •  Call the FOCA Main Office at 432-339-0770 to reserve a guided tour.  Tours are given on Thursdays at 4:00 PM.
  •  Family Expectations handouts after tour.
  •  Go home, discuss, and pray regarding your options.
  •  Once a decision has been made as a family, please sign the FOCA Letter of Commitment online.
  •  Testing will only begin once your letter of commitment has been signed and the student application has been processed.
